Review for knifes only:: little disappointed in these knifes they dulled out super fast and even after I sharpen them they still get dull pretty quick. Don't like them as much for the price. They were great knifes when I first used them I loved them because they were extremely shape. But now sadly they aren't the best

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this knife set and have to say I'm very impressed with the overall quality and construction of these knives. They're all very well balanced and razor sharp. I'm sure they will last a lifetime.
My one and only complaint is this set has 2 bread knives and way too many pairing knives. Unfortunately Zwilling doesn't make a set that suits me perfectly, so I had to settle for this one or purchase all the knives I needed separately.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm very pleased with the knives! They are perfect for my small hands. My only complaint about the set is the block. It has what looks like a misapplication of the finish that won't come off. Makes the block look dirty.

I absolutely love this block set. The Zwilling Pro knives are amazing. The way the bolster is curved so you can actually hold your knife properly is a game changer! The knives are so durable, really well constructed, and will hold up for a long time thanks to the ice hardening process these knives go through to maintain lasting sharpness. This block set is beautiful with the acacia wood grain; the black handles and dark brown toned wood looks really nice together. I also like that the slots in the block are created specific for the Pro knives and how they fit perfectly in the block. I love the assortment, all knives I use and want in a set.

This set of knives is one of Zwilling's best. It has two of the best kitchen knives ever - the 8" chef's and the 7" santoku. Whether you're cooking Eastern or Western cuisine these two knives will get the job done.
They are from the Pro line which features the most innovative design thinking, and are manufactured with the latest technology in the industry. They each have a fully integrated angled bolster that is easy to pinch grip, keeping the thumb and forefinger in the correct position for maximum control. The full tang of the blade is riveted in three places to the contoured composite handle for comfort and security.
And every knife is forged from the one the best cutlery steels available. The quality of the steel is important because the better the steel, the longer a knife will hold an edge and how easy it will be to sharpen. These knives will stand up to a lifetime of use.

This beautiful acacia wood block stores 7 essential and fantastic knives. The slots are slightly slanted to make a comfortable home for the innovative curved bolster of the Pro knives that will make you feel like a professional chef in your home kitchen when you use them.

Fabulous set. I will never ever need another set of knives. Hearty, durable, sharp the curved bolster makes the pinch grip feel so natural. Plus you can hone and sharpen all the way down the blade without running into the bolster. This set has all the knives we will ever need plus slots to add steak knives.
