I use this pan all the time for cooking sauces and root vegetable dishes. My mashed potatoes come out perfect in this pan. A great pan for my induction counter top burner. It really helps during the holiday's, to have a pan of this quality and performance is a huge help. Even heating and heat retention. stay cool handle and rivetless interior make this an easy choice.

The best cookware in my opinion. The engineering that goes into each Demeyere piece makes for the ultimate cooking vessels. This size is perfect for sauces, which come out perfectly, rice dishes or vegetables. The aluminum core heats up quickly and the flat base technology, retains and distributes the heat perfectly. This means, no hot spots! The are beautiful due to the silvernox treatment and they retain that beauty as well.

This is a great pan, it has 5 layers that cooks evenly its the perfect size for rice, soup, Mac & chesse, vegetables and reheating leftovers.

Once you use Demeyere, you will not want to use anything else! This 4Q is a great size and has the helper-handle for extra confidence carrying from stove to table or to serving dish. I use this cookware daily and fell in love with the performance and look of it - cleans up beautifully and always looks new! The 5-ply heats evenly and no warping of the bottom. Stay cool handle is another great feature along with the roomy top-handle in case you have a mitt on!
