I have been a long time fan of Henckels products, and I was fortunate enough to be gifted this set for Christmas this year. My boyfriend and I have been working with hammy down knives for the last 5 years, and having this set is a breath of fresh air. Cuts are precise and smooth. Hardly any resistance through potatoes, bread loaves, various meats, etc. These knives have a beautiful weight as well. All in all a solid set for home chefs.
