[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality in the stainless steel really shows especially when you first wash it. Cuts so smo out hot really only needs water to wash. Just feels fancy and practical and classic!

I even went to a restaurant supply store to actually see feel the weight. Taking all into consideration my great choice was JA Henckels international. Love my set. Thank you JAH.
