I originally wanted the ever edge block set, but the wooden block with the statement knives really makes a statement. It's a classic in every kitchen. The knives are super sharp, easy to hold, and sturdy. Will be buying more separately!

Outstanding handle and blade shape to perfection! A great value to have everything in a block set. My young adult daughter love this set and everyone asked, "how can she have a fancy set they can never have!!!"

Great knives right out of the box

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives are great right out of the box. I've used them a lot recently cutting meat for smoking prep and canning veggies. Haven't needed to hand sharpen them once yet! Very good quality they feel like they'll last a lifetime! More than worth the money!!!

Perfect for our kitchen

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These knives and the sharpener are all we needed to improve our food preparation and keep our kitchen cutlery organized. We find these knifes stay sharper longer than our previous knifes and that helps reduce our time sharpening. They are also weighted better for control and slicing. The steak knife have both serrated and straight edge so I no longer need to have two separate sets. Thank you.
