perfect pot

I love this pot. The 5-ply construction heats evenly and is easy to control the temperature, allowing for perfect cooking of my sauces. The Silivnox process in making these pans makes them a dream to clean. No other stainless steel product works like this. There are no rivets attaching the handles so no buildup of food and bacteria and the handle stays cool to the touch on the stovetop. Once Im done cooking the beveled rim gives me dripless pouring so i can neatly remove my sauce without wasting a drop.

Perfect for All Kinds of Sauces

This pan has a 5 layer construction and heat so evenly its hard to burn anything. I use it for all kinds of sauces and it does especially well with the delicate ones, like hollandaise.
Other family members love to heat their soup up in it or boil eggs. Goes up to 500F in the oven and is dishwasher safe.

A fantastic saucier

There is nothing on the market better than Demeyere when it comes to stainless steel cookware. These pieces are amazing. The 5 layers of aluminum and stainless steel in the Industry collection are unparalleled; it heats up so quickly, and retains that heat well. Also there are no rivets, making for a much easier cleaning. With this saucier style pan, it is perfect for making sauces, ganache. With the Silvinox finish, these stainless steel sauciers do a fantastic job cleaning after use.

This excellent saucier, with five layers of stainless steel, ensures even heating to keep sauces at the perfect consistency and temperature. Lightweight with a stay cool handle, serving and garnishing dishes with an indulgent sauce is easy.

One of my favorite things

Demeyere cookware is fabulous. It heats up so evenly. This saucier is great for delicate sauces when the temperature matters. It doesn't scorch and the rounded corners make it easy to get a utensil in there to stir. The handle stays cool. There are no rivets to collect extra sauce when you stir. And the clean up is really easy. I have several Demeyere pieces and would recommend them to anyone.

I make the most luscious butterscotch in this pan! The design is perfect for all sauces, caramels, custards. Even heating, tight fitting lid and stay cool handle are essential to the overall performance of this pot.

Industry saucier with 5-ply base heats fast and evenly. Allows for optimal control of temperature for my cream based sauces or melting chocolate. Added features of welded ergonomic handles with no rivets and proprietary Silvinox treatment make clean up extremely easy. A worthwhile investment.
