Great saute pan

There is nothing on the market better than Demeyere when it comes to stainless steel cookware. These pieces are amazing. The 5 layers of steel and aluminum in the Industry collection are unparalleled to other 5 ply cookware; it heats up so quickly, and retains that heat well. Also there are no rivets, making for a much easier cleaning. With this saute style pan, it is perfect for making sauces, for one dish meals, browning and sauteing meats and veggies. With the Silvinox finish, these stainless steel pans do a fantastic job cleaning after use and looking brand new for years to come.

For a slightly different saute pan, look no further than this amazing 'dutch oven-like' one from Demeyere. The double handles make it so easy to move around and the 5 layers of stainless steel make cooking efficiency better.

One pot wonder

Demeyere is the best! This 4 quart pot is a great size. We use it all the time. It heats up well, browns so nicely. I like the handles in both sides to help distribute the weight. You can use it on the stovetop but it's also oven safe. Looks as good as the day we bought it.

This Demeyere pan is so versatile. You can fry, sear, braise and or saute. It is made with 5-ply construction and has an aluminum core that leads to perfect browning. I love that you start it on the stove top and finish in the oven up to 500F.

This is a wonderful pan. So glad I purchased it. Even heating and came clean with no scrubbing! Also love the handles don’t get hot. I’ve thrown out pans because the handles would get hot and burn you.

I have used this twice since I got it. It's a great size and love the depth. I have several Demeyere pieces and have been very impressed with them-which is why I bought this piece. They don't seem to make the "style" of my other pots and pans so that was disappointing. But, it's the performance that counts, and their cookware is top notch!
