Perfect Pair

A chef knife and a parer will take care of almost all of your kitchen cutting tasks. The 8" chef knife is a workhorse and the curved blade and bolster will make you cut like a pro. I hold the knife correctly and rock it in a perfect cutting motion. I use the parer for peeling apples or potatoes, plus great for removing blemishes.
The Pro knives are the very best! They are forged from high carbon steel which means they are sharp and are going to stay sharp. The three rivet handle is perfectly weighted and balanced and is guaranteed to last a lifetime. They are perfect for professional chefs or the home chef who simply loves to cook.

Great starter set

I went into a store to try out all the knives they had so that I could find the one that was most comfortable for me and I found that these knife handles were the most comfortable for me to use. I also liked the weight on them. Since they are a bit more expensive than others on the market, I decided to just get this starter set and add onto them as I have more money because I would rather have high quality knives that will last a long time than get a whole set that I will have to replace.

great duo

Perfect upgrade to my current knives. The the shape of the chefs knife makes it very easy to slice with the steeper than average curve on the front. The elongated flat area is great for thin accurate chopping. The pairing knife is perfectly shaped for my hand. They both feature the curved bolster of the Pro line making holding the knives properly comfortable and gives better results. The forged German steel and construction give a great blade that is very sharp, stays sharp for a long time and is easy to maintain.
