Great light and traditional Japanese collection

This is a great traditional Japanese knife collection. Super lightweight, it has a nice balance to the knife, and won’t get heavy in your hand if you are slicing or chopping for an extended period of time. The thin yet sharp and durable blade shapes of this assortment does a nice job of slicing easily and smoothly. If you’re looking for a traditional style Japanese knife, this is the collection for you. This set also looks great with the easel block, a great way to store and show off your knives.

This pretty Koh easel set will make anyone smile but especially a left-handed individual. The neutrally-designed handles may be more comfortable for a leftie so be sure to consider this if you or a loved one is left-handed. The set itself contains a fantastic assortment of sharp, durable blades that look stunning openly stored on the easel.

Really striking statement on the counter-these beautiful Japanese knives stored on the magnetic easel. Super sharp and lightweight. The octagonal handle is very unique but surprisingly very comfortable.

The octagonal shape to the handle is uniquely suitable for all grips.
As you would expect from Miyabi- the craftsmanship and attention to detail is second to none. this is an incredible set that is well worth the investment. The magnetic board is a special way to showcase this set.

Great sets of knives with easel block!

This MIyabi Koh 10pc. set is made, showcased each knife in an elegant natural bamboo Miyabi magnetic easel.
What I love the most with these Miyabi set, it has everything a cook would ask for in their kitchen for every cooking needs. Its sharp and functionality is awesome..!!!
I'd use this every day and never needed a lot of sharpening because it stays sharp, honed it once in a while.
This exquisite, shadow effects helps.
These knives is handcrafted in Japan, fabricated from revolutionary FC61 fine carbide steel. Ice-hardened FRIODURx2 blade offers exceptional durability, cutting edge retention, and corrosion resistance.

The unique octagon-shaped handle and elongated bolster of Koh make for a comfortable grip, reducing cutting fatigue. Store this great assortment of knives prominently on the magnetic easel. Set includes shears and a honing steel to maintain the edge of blade.

These Miyabi Koh Knives sit perfectly on the Lovely Bamboo Magnetic Easel. I am left hand dominate so I place opposite of others. Razor Sharp and well worth the cost. The 10 piece selection has every knife that you need for cutting, chopping & slicing.

Made from FC 61 these knives are extremely chip and corrosion resistant. Feels very light in the hand but is still stable to cut with. The handle has a comfortable shape that feels secure and smooth. The magnetic easel block nicely shows off the beauty of these knives. Set has every knife that one would need to be successful in the kitchen.
