Poor quality overall but beautiful as they can be.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Received this and have been very impressed from the start. Knives are very shard out of the box. Handle is stable and sturdy. It does have a slight texture to it which allows me to ensure it won’t slip out.
Highly recommend these knives.
The reason for four stars is because the block, although well built, is extremely large. I feel the pitch could have been a little higher allowing for less depth to the over all block.

Beautiful knife set

Great knife bad experience

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First set we bought came in all banged up. It was thrown into the box unsealed and the knives were everywhere when i open them up. I got replacements. The knives work great. They cut like butter. After about a month, they're a little rusty. Not happy about that. Might call in and ask for replacements again because they really do work amazing. Love them just not the best experience.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this set today. My impressions of the set after unboxing is that these will be excellent knives. The wooden block that holds the knife is very heavy and stable. The knives are forged and of solid construction, made as a single piece of steel without a handle that can separate. I used a few of the knives for chopping and mincing while making dinner tonight. The knives have a nice weight to them and a nice matte finish for a sure grip on the handle. Out of the box, these knives are very sharp.
