Now I feel like a pro

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cut my teeth on cheap knives and with years of practice I actually developed some decent knife skills. Finally, I asked a friend who knows more about knives than anyone I've ever met and he was very specific - Henckels with a forged bolster. I was amazed at how I'm actually cutting food like you see the pros doing on TV. I will never buy anything else. Ever.

Best Knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this knives. They have made cooking easier. I never realized how dull my knives were until using the Modernist. Be careful, they are very sharp, sliced my finger the first time using the chef's knife.

Sharp Knifes

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We just received these knifes and the set is beautiful. The knifes are super sharp and have a great weight to them. Wish the block was better designed. It feels a little cheap when the rest of the set is so nice.
