I received these knives as a gift after my other knives finally gave up on me. I am already very impressed with these knives. They have a good weight to them and are SO sharp. They cut through chicken like it was butter.

I loved how these knives felt in my hand - comfortable, lightweight, yet feel sturdy. I also like that there are 2 paring knives for different tasks! Nice to also have the 4 steak knives for those meat occasions! Overall, a great block set for a very good value!
