Compact quality

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first set of knives and I'm quite intrigued by the compact size. My thought was always that good knives have to be large. These are not small by any means, it's just interesting to see the difference

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Right out of the box this set stood head and shoulders above any other in its price range. Knives were so sharp it literally glides through the toughest of meat. I heard about Henckels but never pulled the trigger until now. Well worth it!!!!!

Cut's great!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We switched from a serrated set to a fine edge set and the new set works excellently. The pairing knife cuts through our apples like butter and the santoku cut easily through carrots.

Great knives, scratch easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This set is great with only a couple complaints. The block does not have any extra slots, so you’re stuck with only this set unless you make replacements. The knives also scratched very easily (after the first wash). A simple scrub sponge left marks on the side of the blade.
