Great knives, handles..... meh.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the knives. The whole set is amazing, I've never had a better set. However, only the chef's knife and bread knife have handles that you'd expect. The scalloped blade is excellent, I just don't feel like I can get a good enough grip. I haven't used the rest of the blades enough to get a feel for them, but that is absolutely my biggest complaint. Otherwise it's like I said, a great knife set.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I appreciate the detailed guide on care and handling of the knives. Especially the tips for making the knives last for a long time. I also like that they gave you the sharpening steel along with clear instructions on how to sharpen the knives.

Careful - they will cut your finger off!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been working in my kitchen with a 30yr old knife set that was a wedding gift. I didn't know how dull they were until my daughter gave us the 15pc set for our 30th anniversary. I am shocked at how easy it is to cut vegetables and meat. I have to be very careful when peeling a potato because my old knife could bump my finger but not the new ones. They are wonderful!

Finally knives that cut
