ABSOLUTELY THE BEST

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] As always, sturdy and beyond expected functionality, great balance in-hand and set has something for everyone. My forte' isn't baking. That's the husband, especially bread and rolls. He says the bread knife is " the best I've ever owned". And that's saying a bit--we are both in our mid-to-late sixties and have been in the kitchen since our teens. This is our first full Henckels set but have been using them individually in dribs and drabs all along. Don't wait as long as we did. They are just wonderfully crafted.

Excited to finally have real Knives!!!

Great price for a great value!!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It has been nearly 20 years since I've owned a good quality knife set, so I recently bought these after seeing them on my favorite morning news show. They are as good as advertised - very sharp, a nice weight, and the wooden knife block is gorgeous! My 16 y/o son used the included sharpening rod and instructions to learn how to sharpen the knives when the time eventually comes. I love the wooden block to help keep the cooking knives, meat sheers, and steak knives conveniently located at all times.
