Set is not bad for first time buyers. I was looking for something more out of this set, I have various Henckels knives and these seem fairly cheap.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So far they look great! Higher quality stainless still than most knifes in this price point. Also has full size tang that is riveted which is great at this price point. Only time will tell how the hold up as far as longevity.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this to replace the set I had. I noticed a couple of differences, the handle does not curve down, which is more comfortable for the pointer finger. It is made in India/China, my last set was made in Germany. The block wood chipped taking it out of the box, It also was a lot less expensive than my original set. I have not had time to really use them yet, so time will tell. For the price, seems good.
I would recommend this to a friend!
