This small fry pan is a replacement for the exact same pan which starting showing wear on the ceramic interior. Why did I buy it again? It's an excellent product, preforms beautifully and has the Zwilling name - a high standard - and nothing lasts forever!

Just a great non-stick 8" skillet! My old 8" standby had bowed somewhat in the center and wasn't non-stick, this one is just slightly smaller and doesn't have a lid, so I ended up keeping both in my inventory, but I can see this one becoming the go to pan for actual frying stuff like eggs.
