The weight, the edge, the balance, all top notch. The block looks great on the counter. I smile every time I pick one up!

The Best Knives!

We live in the hometown of Case Cutlery knives, and although we have a collection of them, they never hold an edge for long. However, these Henckels knives have done just that! So happy with them so far!
