I just bought these as a Christmas present to myself and I’m so happy I did. Each blade has some weight to it, and cutting veggies feels like I’m cutting into butter! The handles of quite a few have some nicks on them, so I am debating sending them back for a new set because a new product should be flawless. However, that is a purely aesthetic issue and doesn’t affect the quality of the knives.

Received this set as a gift. I am amazed by the sharpness and durability of these knives. They make mise en place a breeze! I have small hands and the handles fit well in my hands. Overall the best knife set I’ve ever used. Be careful with these, they are SHARP. 😁
