Having both a Santoku and a carving knife is the reason i bought this one! Hard to find both in one set. Santoku has become one of my fav knives to use & this one works great & feels good & comfortable in my hand. The price is great for all the tooks one gets - including the shears!

This set has everything I wanted! A carving knife, santoku, pairing, honing steel, and steak knives. Does it get better than that? This truly is a complete set with everything you need to get cooking.

This is an awesome set that includes a santoku...my new favorite knife...and a carving knife. These knives are not typically included in sets. I love the 3 rivets and the metal cap as this makes the knives feel more comfortable and balanced. The little 3" paring knife is perfect for so many little tasks such as apples and strawberries.

This unique handle is so comfortable to hold, I feel like I get a really good grip. This set includes a santoku which has become one of my favorite knives for chopping.

love the weight on this set of knives. The handles are comfortable and the blades stay very sharp. I confess that I use the santoku and the tomato knives the most because they are my favs!

First, these knives are sharp and work really well. Second, they look great and they are well balanced and feel great in my hand. Third, this block comes with ever knife I could ever need! I love this set and I think it would be great for anyone!

This block has you covered with every knife you need in a kitchen. The knives are made from from high-quality German stainless steel and have forged bolsters (the middle of the knife). This means some strong, long lasting knives. The set includes a 7" santoku which is never in sets so nice bonus! The knives are dishwasher safe too! (really nice bonus).
