GREAT replacement sauté pan!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My previous sauté pan was old and poorly made, never really heated evenly over flame. The new Zwilling pan is amazing. Even heat makes cooking so much quicker and the nonstick surface is sublime! grazie mille!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] A great pan for just about anything. I replaced a 10 year old Calphalon Commercial Non-stick pan with this and I am glad I did.
