Bent tips

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Terrible quality! Of the entire set, only 3 knives were acceptable. The remainder all had bent and broken tips straight out of the box. Very disappointed with the quality of this product. I have always held Henckles knives in high regard, but this purchase has definitely changed my mind.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Discrepancy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just purchased. The box states that these knives never need sharpening. However, the product pamphlet inside the box says that all knives need sharpening. Why the discrepancy?

Good value for a block set that never needs to be sharpened. Low maintenance if key for some, they do not want to sharpen their knives, or keep them sharp, so this is a great solution. The knives in the block configuration are some of the most used knives in the kitchen plus 6 steak knives. Perfect for college graduates just starting out on their own, or just that one family member or friend that loves low maintenance kitchen tools.
