Love These Pans!

I've made sauces like cheese sauce and gravies, sticky starches like pasta, rice, oatmeal, even fudge in my new pots and pans and they've cooked beautifully and then cleaned up like a complete dream. Even shrimp scampi and eggs cleaned up easily. Love these. Some notes: this set is not for getting a crust- use your cast iron for steak or crispy potatoes. For the person who complained about burning. What? That cook must have used too much heat or too little oil. High heat only for boiling, otherwise spray the pan with oil (oil, not pam) and then use medium heat for everything else.

Great Ceramic Cookware

Fantastic cookware set! Our old Teflon non stick need replacing and we couldn't be happier with the Ceramic non-stick from Zwilling. We cook nearly every night of the week and the coating has held up very well. Never higher than medium heat, wood and silicon utensils only, no dishwasher as recommended.

I've had my eye out for a nice basic set of stainless pots so when I saw this on sale I was happy to get it, I honestly would have been happy with the set even without the ceramic coat. The ceramic coat is awesome, I was especially impressed with the pan, things like burgers, grilled cheese, pancakes etc come out incredible. (This honestly makes the best grilled cheese I've ever had) The pots have a few nice features, the built in strainer for the lid and no spill pour spout are super convenient. The ceramic coating allows for effortless pouring and things like mac and cheese pasta sauce or what ever else you throw at it won't stick to the pot, not only is this great for meal prep but because less food stays behind and sticks to the pan clean up is a lot easier because there's significantly less food left behind; no more soaking the pot after mac and cheese. The pan honestly works better than a more premium non-stick pan from a competitor.
