[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this not having high expectations, as I’ve never sharpened my knives using something like this. I’ve used some substandard sharpers, that much I realized after using this product. I must say, I’m very impressed, and was so pleased, I sharpened every straight edge knife I own.
Wish I had bought this sooner, as the saying goes, a sharp knife is a safe knife!

Best thing ever

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love how easy it is to get my knives back to “out of package” shape. Easy to use, fits easily into a drawer, and much more efficient than using a sharpening pole.

Should have bought this sooner!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and made SUCH a difference. My knives are noticeably sharper and much easier to use. I love that with one product I can sharpen both my chef’s knife and my santoku.

Excellent sharpener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sharpener works much better than the cheap pull through ones. I was able to hone the blades on all of my knives easily and perfect the blades of my standard chef’s knives and my Japanese Santoku. They all cut like a hot knife through butter. Highly recommend this sharpener.
