Best easy-to-use sharpener!

This innovative sharpener is set up to make maintaining and sharpening knives easy for anyone. It was created to work with all knife angles - Japanese as well as German/Western - and to manage the amount of force needed to be effective. It overcomes the most likely mistakes people make when sharpening their knives. Brilliant! Comes with ceramic rods for sharpening and finishing. Easy to use. Lightweight plastic housing.

V edge sharpener excellent

By mistake I put the review with the rods instead of with the sharpener I would just like to say the function the ease of changing out the rods everything was well thought out you could put this in a professional kitchen where they cook for people,and be able to keep your knives perfectly sharpened what a great sharpener I have a friend that loaned me one to check out as soon as it comes back in stock I’m buying one it’s sold me instantly After using it John.

easy to use precision sharpening

Most pull through sharpeners are just that......pull it through get ok results. This new design from Zwilling is a world apart. You can adjust the angles for both Western and Asian style blades. I also love that you can change the grit of the stones to bring my blades to a razors edge. The internal resistance puts the perfect pressure on the stones every time. All of the additional pieces and stones store in the base so no need to keep track.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used to be a chef professionally and like this one the mostVery easy to use, I only had it about three hours and sharpened all my knives are sharpened better than new. Highy recommend to anyone that uses their kitchen knives job or home use. Very quick and the blades I have hold their new sharpness through heavy use. Great product and the changeable ceramics with different grits is a nice bonus

So easy to use, instructions are clear on how to switch out the guides and stones. Will be purchasing as gifts. Overall, a well thought out design that did a great job sharpening.
