I received this for a Christmas gift and I love it!! It’s very easy to use on my German and Japanese knives. So far I’ve been very happy! I wish I could get the Fine White ceramic rods.

I have been hoping that a knife sharpener of this quality would be made. Works great on Western and Japanese blades. So happy I purchased this to keep all my knives in top condition.

Great for sharpening all the knives in your block or drawer, whether Japanese or German. The changeable sharpening device makes it easy and efficient to use and sharpen at home. No need to take it to someone to do the job!

The first question most people have when investing in a good knife is how do I sharpen them? This is the answer to that question. Whether you have Asian style or Western style knives the V-Edge Sharpener will put your knives back to the factory edge. Easy to use and the spring load removes the guess work as to whether or not you are holding your knife at the right angle as you sharpen. Small profile means it's easy to store!

This dummy proof sharpener is the answer to my dreams. I can easily sharpen all of the knives in my kitchen. it was a little tricky the first couple of times i used it but muscle memory sets in quickly. I am very happy that I can now buy replacement stones for this sharpener. It stores so easily and looks great. so simple to use! I would like if it had something to make it feel less movable tho, perhaps some suction cups on the bottom?,
