The inserts for Asian knives are especially helpful. The entire sharpener is very easy to use. While it is in the larger side, it is built that way with reason. I also bought the white ceramic rods separately, but it came with two other sets of ceramic sharpening rods.
I would recommend this to a friend!

This knife sharpener has been a great addition to my kitchen. It’s easy to use and quickly restores the sharpness of my knives. I’m impressed with how well it works, making it a reliable tool for keeping my knives in top shape.

I really like this sharpening/honing device. It's easy to use and keeps the knives super sharp. Different stones for sharpening and honing. Stones have 4 sides so you can use this thing a long time! I keep it on my counter next to the knife block. Very convenient. Takes up a little room but having it there reminds me to keep the blades sharp and clean.
