[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought it. it is unclear if my knife is Western (A) or Eastern (B). It’s the Kanren 8” Chefs knife. Designed in Germany but manufactured in Japan. I went with Eastern fitting. we shall see.

Easy to use sharpener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Simple and foolproof sharpener. Much easier to use versus a whetstone and doesn’t scratch your knives like a diamond electrical sharpener.
