We bought some zwilling knives to go with it but even for the knives she has it has work GREAT!! It’s very beginner friendly for someone who doesn’t spend a lot of time in the kitchen or has limited knowledge.

Just what I needed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have a number of high quality knives, but live far from a professional sharpener. A friend who was visiting recently commented that my knives were in desperate need of sharpening. This sharpener is perfect for my needs because I have both Japanese and European knives. I also know I don’t have the patience to use a whetstone. My friend recommended this instead. Easy to use and now all my knives are super sharp. Color me happy!
