Great for Japanese Damascus knives

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my first knife sharpener. I am not a chef by any means but doing the small amount of chopping and dicing I do my knives were really dull. I have been known to throw them away and buy new ones but never again. This will save me a lot of money. In fact my nephew is getting married this summer and I am getting him one for a gift.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We love our Zwilling 10 piece knife set, so we recently purchased the sharpener to keep our knives in pristine condition. The directions are clear and even have QR codes to link to videos for use. I can’t think of anything that would make this more user friendly! Our knives are like new!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been using whetstone sharpening for years, but the Zwilling V-Edge knife sharpener does a comparable job in less time. I still use a leather strope on my knives after using the V-Edge to get that razor sharp edge, but a great sharpener to get a good, consistent edge every time.

Swilling V-Edge knife sharpener
