[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Initial impression wasn’t great since the adapter for the Japanese knife sharpener broke when removed from the storage compartment for the first time. A quick chat with customer service and they promptly shipped a replacement. I’ve sharpened a few knives with the sharpener and have been impressed. Good customer service saved the day.

Effective product with efficient design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The fit and finish on this product goes above and beyond. I would expect excellent knife sharpening, which this does quite well, but the storage in the base means yoy don’t have loose parts and pieces floating around to get separated from the main part of the tool.

Great easy to use product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very user friendly and intuitive. My knives were fairly dull, so I did 20 passes with the coarse and 20 passes with the finer block. Sharpened with ease. I will say to ensure to keep your knife straight while running it through, you can scrape your blades up if tilted to the left or right.
