Solid sharpener and easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Using this sharpener is easy and convenient. It has flexibility to sharpen at both 15 and 10degree angles making it great for both traditional knives and my Japanese knives as well!

Excellent sharpener

Versatile

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This sharpener works great. I appreciate the ability to change blade angles for my variety of knives. I also appreciate the option of rotating the stones for longer stone life. Oh yeah, my knives now have razor sharp edges.

Finally one that really works!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The quality is obvious from the time you open the box to your first use. I’ve had what sharpening stones I’ve had other tools dedicated tools, absolutely no luck with any.
Finally I got a quality tool with detailed instructions. I read through the manual and then sharpen the knives I’ve been trying on for years. They came out beautiful. Passed the tomato test first try.
I would recommend this to a friend!

V-edge sharpener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My handheld sharpeners were not getting the job done consistently. The V-edge so far seems to give a much easier and more consistent edge. It took a bit of practice to swap for various grade and type, but now it is pretty quick.
