This is an outstanding advancement in making near-professional knife sharpening available to folk who want something easy and available in the kitchen. A few swipes and even a dull knife can be brought alive, performing at its best! There may be no going back to traditional sharpening methods, now that this wonderful invention exists!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Easy to use and knife was noticeably sharper within a few swipes. Maybe not the same edge as professional sharpening but that’s not the point anyway. This is for between professional sharpenings.
