Simple, Quick and Easy

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did al of research before buying the V-Edge sharpener to keep my new set of Zwilling Pro knives in tip top shape. Now that I have it in convinced I made the right decision. It is very easy to use and very safe. After one round of sharpening with the fine blade I can actually feel the difference in my knives—cutting just like they were first time out of the box
There is only one tiny nit I can pick with this item, and that is the instructions for reinserting the angle bars into the sharpener. For me, a more detailed illustration of how to insert them and the locking mechanism would have been helpful. It was unclear exactly how to seat the angle bars and just how much force should be used.
All that said, I am really thrilled with the performance of the V-Edge knife sharpener.
I would recommend this to a friend!
