No Need to Take Knives to a Store to Be Sharpened

I am rarely excited about acquiring another kitchen Gadget since I have so many already but I couldn’t wait to try this one. My husband insists on very sharp knives as he is the cook around here. I was thinking we would need to find a kitchen store to sharpen them since we have both European and Japanese knives, but this does both types. Very glad we discovered this product!

Excellent sharpener for all knive types.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was hesitant at first to try this on my high end kitchen knives, especially the Asian edge geometry. After some practice on a few older knives I fully trusted and used it on everything. I only wish that they had included the white honing or “polishing” rods as well just for final cleanup of the edges.
