Great sharpener

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This knife sharpener is super easy to use and allows us to sharpen both our European and Japanese knives with ease. We have a sharp and all of our knives and it’s like we have a new set.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have tried a lot of knife sharpeners and found them to be too harsh or ineffective. This sharpener allows for both a quick tune up or more in-depth blade restoration. And if you already have experience sharpening knives, you can put a secondary angle on the blade for a longer lasting effect.
