[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been looking for a knife shadow a while, but it’s been difficult because I have Japanese and Western blades in my kitchen. I’m very impressed with this sharpener because it’s easy to use, very slim profile without taking much space, has the ability to sharpen both Japanese and western blades.
It works surprisingly well and didn’t break the bank. Highly recommend.

Fantastic sharpener I’ve had this product for a while now and I wanted to talk more about it, this sharpener is fantastic the people at Zwilling definitely did their homework having to do with this particular sharpener I wear a safety glove because this sharpener makes my knives so sharp they are like razor blades really I’m serious they are so sharp that if you just touch them you’ll get cut so you have to be very careful that’s just the quality of this sharpener anyone that doesn’t have it needs to buy one it’s worth every cent why go to a professional when you can do it professionally at home, & not worry anymore about sharpening your knives anywhere else but at home buy one and enjoy I sharpen my knives every single day with the thousand grit to touch them up because I Barbecue & cut a lot of meat every day I keep them just like brand new,John.l
