All you ever need

Industry 5 by Demeyere is fantastic cookware. It is 5-ply, 2 layers of stainless steel and 3 layers of aluminum, for the best in heat management. These pans get hot quickly, distribute the heat evenly and cool down when you want it. That kind of responsiveness makes cooking so enjoyable. No second guessing cook times. In addition, these pans have special features - they are rivetless. Not scrubbing around the buttons where the handles attach. They are constructed so the bottoms stay flat, not matter how hot they get - spices and aromatics saute evenly without burn spots. The handles stay cool while cool on the stove. What else could you need?
This set is pretty complete. A 8-inch non-stick skillet and a steamer insert and I have all that i need for fabulous meals!

Amazing stainless cookware

Fabulous set. The 5 layers heat up quickly and evenly. No rivets to clean around. Comfortable handles that are sand blasted, so easy to grasp even with wet hands. Durable! The pieces included are invaluable! Great investment. Can't imagine ever needing to replace our cookware.

Demeyere offers many features that allow this line to stand out. The laser welded handles allow strong attachment to the pan without needing to have rivets on the inside of the pan. A treatment to the metal, called Silvinox, keeps the steel from darkening by removing the impurities, this imparts a pretty silver-white color to the pans that is maintained over the long haul. The ample stay cool sandblasted handles make for easy gripping and moving of the pans. Lots of features, making this line well worth the premium price.

Demeyere sets the industry standard for high quality cookware. The Industry line would be right at home in a restaurant or home kitchen. It's constructed with 5 thick layers, including 3 layers of aluminum, one of the best heat conductors. This guarantees your pan can get screaming hot, ideal for searing and frying. Other quality features include dripless pouring rims, a very comfortable handle that's welded, not riveted, that will help disperse heat and is easier to keep clean. No coatings, so there's nothing to wear out ever.

Good cookware but hard to remove stains

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cookware set works very well, but it can be difficult to remove cooked on food stains. I’ve found that if you soak the pans directly after cooking and use steel wool, the stains will come out easily. Other than that, they are great.

Great value for premium cookware!

Industry 5 is an excellent choice for Induction cooktops but also has a superior performance on gas and electric cooktops. Made with 3 layers of heat conducting aluminum and surrounded by Stainless steel, 18/10 on the interior and 18/0 on the exterior these pans will impress even the most experienced home cooks.
Stay cool handles, beautiful finish and no rivets only adds to the value of these pots making them an essential addition to your kitchen.

This is "the best buy" for a complete set, this set has everything you'll need to upgrade to excellent quality cookware, a truly innovative!!! This is a reasonably priced for a well-made product, simple but it is to last a lifetime. An ideal gifting starter set for a wedding and housewarming, or a gift to yourself when looking to upgrade. A steamer and a pasta insert can be purchase separately, maybe for future purchases. A quick note, spray butter burns fast, a vegetable or cooking oil is highly recommended for frying or browning.By keeping a low medium heat may help this pan for better cooking and exceeds your expectations. It certainly is dishwasher safe, handwashing cookware is advisable. There are stainless steel cleaning products available in the market, a Bar Keeper's Friend stainless steel cream cleanser and a variety of options to keep your cookware in good condition and cleans well.
