If you are looking for lifetime pan set this is it. It is quality without worry of some non stick pan peel off poisoning your food. It's a no brainer for me. My last set was Regal 5ply pan set with lifetime warranty. The non stick was peeling and small bubbles on the bottom. They replaced them no problem and they did the same thing. This set you do have to maintain the stainless steel and do have to season the set but that's the same on any good set of pans. Highly recommended.

I purchased the Industry 5 cookware set,sight unseen. Reviews and research steered me right direction.
Things that I love: The passivated surface is not mirror shiny, but rather, it looks like the metal Silver; The cast stainless steel, bead blasted handles look and feel great and substantial to me; pot and pans are heavy weight without being crazy.
I am not the getting rid of my well seasoned cast iron pan for steaks, it's like I have a relationship with that cast iron pan and my steaks come out perfect without thinking. I believe the industry 5 pan will do a steak near as well as the cast iron if I use the 11" pan for more thermal mast.
These pans are so well engineered and manufactured. I like that they are as good or better than the "popular" brands in the USA. But they are a little less known. They are a good conversation starter for guests who enjoy cooking.
If you like the style of the Industry 5 line then I highly recommend!

The set is an amazingly beautiful and the best cookware set I've ever owned. It cooked eggs and sausage without it sticking. Washing was easy. Looking forward to using it for many more dishes. Grazie.

Good cookware but hard to remove stains

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The cookware set works very well, but it can be difficult to remove cooked on food stains. I’ve found that if you soak the pans directly after cooking and use steel wool, the stains will come out easily. Other than that, they are great.
