This is the last set of cookware I will buy. This line is so well made and so stunning, I am good for the rest of the pans lives, which has so far been a very long time. The straight-sided pots have a layer of cooper which conducts and distributes heat the best. The are super hygenic, easy to clean and effecient. If you have induction, they are 30% more efficient, which means water boils faster and saves energy.

Atlantis, Best Cookware Set!

A 9pc.Stainless Steel is more than it cost, it got everything including a fry pan. This is by far I can recommend for anyone who are looking for a life long investment, you can passed from generation to generation.
This pot is impressive stay-cool 18/10 stainless steel handles are securely welded and extremely hygienic, it's a solid piece of steel in and out. The 7-layer construction provides unparalleled frying, perfect browning, and guarantees exceptional heat distribution and retention.
Thick aluminum core conducts heat quickly and evenly cooks food.
Oven safe up to 500°F and glass lids 400°F. Dishwasher.
Dishwasher safe and compatible with gas, induction, ceran, halogen, and electric cooktops

Cooking performance plus!!

Finally, a great set worthy of my induction cook top! Although these pots and pans are heavy in construction, they will not scratch the surface. The heating is fast and even. The rims of the pans allow for drip free poring.(mostly)
Get a great sear on your scallops and melt chocolate to perfection in the saucier.

The best cookware set

There is nothing on the market better than Demeyere when it comes to stainless steel cookware. These pieces are amazing. The 7 layers of silver, copper and stainless steel in the Atlantis collection are unparalleled; it heats up so quickly, and retains that heat well for a great cooking experience. Also there are no rivets, making for a much easier cleaning. With the Silvinox treatment, you can expect your pans to look impeccable for years to come. A great assortment of pieces, this is the best all-inclusive set you’d want and need in your kitchen.

Upgrade here. To a better cooking experience.

Not all cookware is created equal. The Atlantis line is worth more than a look. Its managed, even heating is the trick to cooking well, and this set covers the bases for a a family of 3 or 4 people. Whether you are upgrading because your cooking has changed, your stove has changed or your income has changed, Atlantis will not disappoint.
Demeyere made me rethink my cookware plan. I have spent my grown-up years upgrading to better cookware, which for me is (was) copper-clad pans. But there are some challenges with copper clad, mostly maintenance.
Enter Demeyere Atlantis. I love this stuff! It has all the best features of copper clad cookware but it’s easy to clean! In addition to being technically sound (it cooks well; heats evenly and is responsive to temperature changes), it has bonuses that help to justify the price.
No rivets - no cleaning around those annoying little screw heads. Comfortable stay-cool handles – easy to grip and lift. The helper loop is a huge benefit. Pans looks great after years of use. The shiny exterior stays that way thanks to a special treatment. Just a note – some pans are heavy like copper, but some things can’t be helped. There's 7-layers in there for the ultimate in cooking control.

Changes the cooking experience

We bought this set because we were getting an induction stove top. We started using it on our flat top electric stove and it changed our cooking experience. Everything cooks faster, more evenly, better. Nothing slides to the side and the bottoms of every piece is flat and doesn't bow out with heat. I kept burning things in the beginning because the heat is evenly distributed. There is a learning curve to use this cookware. Now we have our induction stove top and that is another learning curve. I love these pots and am already getting them as gifts. We had All-Clad and Calphalon before this and I cannot believe the difference. The only and only thing I need to make sure to say as a caution is that it is heavy. I highly recommend this set.
