The best cookware set

There is nothing on the market better than Demeyere when it comes to stainless steel cookware. These pieces are amazing. The 7 layers of silver, copper and stainless steel in the Atlantis collection are unparalleled; it heats up so quickly, and retains that heat well for a great cooking experience. Also there are no rivets, making for a much easier cleaning. With the Silvinox treatment, you can expect your pans to look impeccable for years to come. A great assortment of pieces, this is the best all-inclusive set you’d want and need in your kitchen.

Cooking performance plus!!

Finally, a great set worthy of my induction cook top! Although these pots and pans are heavy in construction, they will not scratch the surface. The heating is fast and even. The rims of the pans allow for drip free poring.(mostly)
Get a great sear on your scallops and melt chocolate to perfection in the saucier.

The Very Best Cookware

Nothing beats Demeyere Atlantis in quality and engineering! Each piece is specifically engineered for its cooking purpose. This set could cover most of your basic, day-to-day cooking needs.
The sauce, saute' and stock pot have a thick 7 layer base made with copper and silver, two of the best heat conducting materials. They're welded to the bottom of the pan in a special way that eliminates a hot spot where food would stick. It conducts heat so well I can boil water in about two minutes. The lid fits tightly so no moisture escapes. You can also cook without water! Handles on the pans and lid are welded. This makes clean up a breeze and helps keep the handles from getting hot.
The fry pan is constructed from 7 layers also including 3 layers of aluminum, a great heat conductor. It is the perfect thickness to assure the pan will get extremely hot, perfect for browning and searing. Just like the sauce pans, no rivets.
The saucier is the same 7 ply construction as the fry pan with a much thinner construction. This thinner construction keeps the pan from getting too hot, perfect for melting chocolate or making delicate sauces. No double boiler needed!

Premium, Heavy, and Impressive

Just got them today, but so far I’m very impressed at the quality. The main box was a bit destroyed from shipping but everything inside was just fine - there was lots of padding for which I’m grateful.
These operate completely differently from other induction pans - they heat up faster, retain the heat better, and at least thus far after one meal have been very easy to clean with zero residue or stains leftover. I’ve been told these can look brand-new 30 years down the line with proper maintenance, and I’m looking forward to seeing if that’s true.
I’ll also note that the rivet-less design is incredible - the inevitable black grime that coats the inside of my other pans is a thing of the past. These pans are well-thought out, right down to the thumb-rest indent on their handles.

If you want the 7 ply consistency and durability restaurant professionals use, this is it. Heats rapidly and evenly. Perfectly safe from PFOE...it's all steel with aluminum core. Copper in the base adds to heating consistency.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Professional baker and all around food enthusiast. I just replaced an old line of non-stick pans (different manufacturer) for the 2nd time. I'm done with non-stick surfaces. This Zwilling stainless steel set is professional quality and looks great. Heat distribution is the best I've used, ever. I've seen some reviewers remark about the weight of some of these pieces. I don't have a problem with them (48 yo male) but I can see how their heft may be an issue with smaller or older folks. I hand wash all of my pots and pans (and knives). The rivetless design makes cleaning much easier. The welded handles are sturdy. The only negative is that I dont have more of them! Highly recommend!

Beautiful, but impractical.

The cookware is strikingly good looking but very hard to use. The pots are extremely heavy, which I guess should be expected given the construction, but the handle width is totally out of proportion to the weight of the pot making it almost impossible to pour anything from any pot without two hands, and there are no second handles for anything other than the stock pot and Dutch oven, so you literally have to grab the pot itself. I do not lack strength, and my hands are not huge, so I have no idea how anyone with larger hands would manage these pots. The Dutch Over / stock pots are fine as those are two-handled pots so its not a problem, but everything else is problematic. The saucier lids slide around on the top of the pot, which another reviewer pointed out and I ignored. I purchased a whole set of pots as it was time to upgrade my 45 year-old Revereware. I would not do it again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
