The tomato is one of my favorite of the vegetable collection made. It is more of an heirloom tomato if you have ever seen one, this is exactly what they look like. This is so beautiful, I keep it out on the stove at all times. The 3qt. is a nice size for soups, chili, risottos. I use mine frequently and have gotten many compliments on it when I serve from it at the table.
I would recommend this to a friend!

As you would expect from a Staub Cocotte, the performance is second to none.
I really like using this pot for Ratatouille and braised root vegetables .
Stunning color, it’s a year round pot!

I love this tomato cocotte! Staub comes in variety of colors and black is just as beautiful as the red. It is perfect for for a housewarming gift idea! and also perfect for a Golden birthday surprise! It is one great thing to have in my home. Cast iron are the best to cook your daily dish, it is decorative and it is glass enameled cast iron interior for easy daily usage. It is extremely resistant, suitable for all stove tops including induction. Though dishwasher safe except products with wood handles, handwashing by hand is recommended.

These Staub specialty pieces are my favs. They are great to cook in and have all the benefits of enamel cast iron, even browning, no seasoning required. The dark color dosent stain either. I love using it for cooking, serving, and for decoration. The details in the tomato and especially the stem are breathtaking.

When it comes to fresh tomatoes, we don't want to see them in this color but Staub sure does make it look cool! Cook and serve your go-to tomato soup recipe for the perfect one-dish dinner.
