Love this shape

I love the shape of the Coq Au Vin Coquette. I love the shorter sides than my big round Dutch oven and the oval shape so perfect for a small roast or chicken.

I've had this piece for 4 years. Kt's a workhorse and versatile in my kitchen. I use to bake bread, briase any piece of meat to perfection. I'm a truly believer that you need to invest once in your kitchen appliance to last you a lifetime.

I ordered this cocotte for my mother and she was overwhelmed with joy. It was exactly what she wanted. It is stylish and durable. She made a delicious stew. It was cooked to perfection! Highly Recommend!
