This Staub beauty has both form and function! Cooking is a breeze due to the even heating from the entire vessel, and table placement will get a lot of oohs and aahs! Fun to serve anything from soups, stews, meat dishes, casseroles, mac and cheese dishes, bouillabaisse and more! Fun piece to own at a great price for luxury!

Beautiful

I fell in love with the Staub pumpkin more than 10 years ago. I've found many uses for it, some include cooking some do not. My new love is this tomato with it's deep rich color and the shiny golden stem. This piece will stay on my stove for the spring and summer. Since it's made like all of the other Staub pieces, it browns beautifully and holds heat very well. I can't wait to make bread in it.

Staub makes the most beautiful shaped cocottes and this tomato is no exception. Imagine serving your favorite soup, stew or chili from stove to table in this pot. Clean up is a breeze thanks to the matte black interior which needs no seasoning. Baked on food scrubs easily off without scratching the gorgeous glaze.

Not just about how unique it is, the tomato cocotte is just as much a workhorse as the standard Staub cocotte. Heats evenly and quickly and stays that way! Great for stews and sauce.

This cocotte is a thing of beauty and yet so very functional. I christened it by making homemade cranberry sauce for Thanksgiving dinner. It performed magnificently by heating evenly without burning. It's stunning high gloss majolica graced our table in style. I highly recommend this gorgeous cocotte!

I have the Staub pumpkin and couldn't resist getting this gorgeous tomato. It really looks the amazing heirloom tomatoes I find at the farmers market.
I use this for summer ratatoulile and for cold gazpacho. We always think of Staub pots for heat retention, but they are equally amazing at keeping things chilled!!
