Traditional look in an enamelled cast iron!

The Beautiful enamelled black matte braiser my everything pan..I braise, saute, fry and sear in it. I love the shape and the slightly upswung handles make it so easy to maneuver. The lid is nice and heavy when I want to braise it fits tightly and the sides are a perfect depth. The black matte color, looks loke traditional cast iron but a million times better.

This braiser does a lot more than braise. You can pan fry, deep fry, steam and sauté in this pan. The textured black matte enamel interior ensures exceptional browning / searing; cast iron has incredible heat retention and distribution. Tight-fitting lid locks in moisture so you don't have to keep adding liquid to the pan diluting your flavor base. Enamel finish will not chip, crack, or rust.
I would recommend this to a friend!
