Add a color of the sea to your stovetop with this turquoise fry pan. Your shrimp and fish will never cook better than on this enameled cast iron surface. Get the perfect brown and sear you desire on your food!

This 10} Fry pan Staub skillet cast iron is so versatile and beautiful to add in your cookware collections. Staub cast iron have variety of colors to choose from, caters individual's color taste. Every color will blends in naturally either stainless steel or modern designed kitchen. It is durability, it is perfect for day-to-day use.
Staub cast iron pots saves you another dish, you can serve your delicious dish straight to your table from the oven or after cooking. I also bought a staub magnetic wood trivet to protect my table from direct heat, it add flares for my table settings.
Perfect for browning food, great for sauteing food, frying and stir frying vegetables and fried rice. Skillets with double handle for more control when transferring food. That spout is a great idea, very useful to keep those juice in the right place.
Safe for use on all types of heat sources, including gas, electric, and induction, and oven safe up to 500F.

Love this Staub 10" frying pan which always cooks with even heat. I use it to braise and sear chicken breasts and burgers. Fantastic color choices for every kitchen.

Such a beautiful color on a perfect fry pan. I love the black matte interior because it gives a really nice sear to my food. Ithe enamel provides for easy maintenance

The heat capability of this fry an is amazing - heats up quickly and evenly, also stays hot for a long time. My favorite thing about the pan is how well it sears burgers and steaks. Perfect caramelization every time. I have also made cornbread in the pan and the crusting on the edge is excellent.

Love the color, but more importantly the performance on my induction cooktop. Pan heats up quickly on low to medium, and retains heat well so that I’m able to cook items on a lower temperature while achieving crispy skins in fish & vegetables. To maintain nonstick property, I noticed that it is important to use enough oil / fat to cover the bottom surface of the pan...otherwise items tend to stick just a bit.

Perfect Induction Cast Iron

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Needed a cast iron pan that would not scratch for new induction stove. This pan performed better than our regular cast iron pan. No rust was a plus
