Roomy Fry Pan

This roomy fry pan is perfect for so many things. You'll love the large flat base that heats up so evenly...fry eggs, pancakes, french toast, potatoes, casseroles and more. Staub cast iron is superior for several reasons but my favorite feature is the matte black interior coating which results in superior browning, easy clean up and eliminates the need to season the iron. The beautiful Majolique glazing is in an assortment of gorgeous colors and resists scratching even when scrubbing off baked on bits.

I am so happy with this pan. The enamel cast iron means no seasoning and easy cleanup. The matte textured interior allows fats and oil underneath the food producing great sears, browning and easy release. The cast iron heats very evenly and retains heat very well. The pan is deep enough to also use as a roasting/baking pan in the oven. The double handle design gives more cooking surface while taking up less space than a long handled smaller pan.

This dark blue 13" fry pan is sure to produce flavorful food with it's excellent pre-seasoned cast iron. Perfect for browning and searing, this fry pan will evenly distribute and retain heat resulting in food with the best texture and color.

Au gratin and fried potatoes, morning sausages, mac and cheese, baked ziti, and all those pastas and meat, fish and veggie dishes. Serve from this dish - oven to table. Perfect size and you will use almost daily! Cleans easily - just soak and rinse out.

Functions as good as it looks. Large quantity of paella or use as a deep fry pan. Enameled in and out for long-lasting, easy to clean performance.

Made of cast iron, no seasoning required, this fry pan produces amazing heat capability. The matte-black textured enamel excels at browning and searing. The pan is is scratch resistant and easy to clean. Love the double handles, perfect for when the pan is full.
