This is a great cast iron griddle, I use it for Eggs, Bacon and Panini Sandwiches. I love the Grenadine color and perfect with my other Stove pieces!

WOW, where have I been?? tThis pan is exactly what I've needed without knowing it. I love the large flat surface, great for frying or browning, the high sides make it so useful for sauteing or baking nd the open area makes it great for roasting or using as a plancha on the grill. This pan does it all and in the enameled cast iron, it is easy to care for, solid enough to use all the time and the handles, really make it an easy lift no matter the contents!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love using this pan for sweet and sticky buns!!! Try corn breads and biscuits in this pan!! The release is incredible. Double handle makes for easy maneuvering.

What a versitile pan!
I make a recipe of bread dressing topped with a spatchcocked chicken and have tried many different types of pans to get the correct results. This pan did the trick. The dressing was crispy around the edges and on the bottom and the chicken was cooked to perfection.
This pan can be used for so many different recipes from paellas to frittatas to chicken mole. The double handles are great for browning on the stove top and then slipping into the oven without being awkward to manage.

Breakfast to dinner

Such a versatile pan. Make anything from bacon for breakfast to paella for dinner. The 13" width is amazing and I love the depth. The 2 handles on each size help disperse the weight when transferring. Everything turns out better in Staub.

Also great for baking pizzas, this 13" graphite grey fry pan will take care of all your fry pan needs. The nonstick enameled cast iron interior ensures easy food release and clean up while the double handles make it easy to transfer the pan.

Staub skillet cast iron are so versatile to add in your collections and also served as saute' pan, stir frying, paella dish, or just daily usage. Skillets with double handle s really great, having an extra handle for more control when transferring your delicious food to your beautiful Staub cast iron plate and keep it warm.
