Nice verstatile size for single pan dishes like mac 'n cheese, tamale pie, shepards pie, and also great for sauteing vegetables, making rice dishes too. This pan goes from stove top/oven to the table easily with the double handles and looks great on the table. Cleans easily with just some warm soapy water and a spounge!

Large Fry Pan with Good Depth

Keep piling food in...it can handle it. Doubling as paella pan, the enameling inside and out add to convenience and durability. Graphite gray is a nice, subtle colour.

Great for searing steak

I love how this pan comes with 2 handles that make it easy to maneuver. With other pan that have a long handle, I find that if I have a couple on the stove top at once, the handles tend to bump into each other and when you're cooking dinner, the chances are that you will have a couple of pots and pans on the stove at once. I love how wide this pan is and it is great to be able to sear 4 filet mignons at a time because of the surface area.

Also great paella pan, this durable fry pan is enameled inside and out, cleans easily and holds your desired temperature better than most.

Grey multi use pan/skillet

WOW, where have I been?? This pan is exactly what I've needed without knowing it. I love the large flat surface, great for frying or browning, the high sides make it so useful for sauteing or baking nd the open area makes it great for roasting or using as a plancha on the grill. This pan does it all and in the enameled cast iron, it is easy to care for, solid enough to use all the time and the handles, really make it an easy lift no matter the contents!

I love using this pan for those 1-pan meals - rice w/ chicken and veggies, potatoes w/ sausage and eggs for breakfast, au gratins in the evening w/ roasted brussel sprouts, the options are endless! Works for all 3 meals. Heats well and evenly and lasts forever. Easy to clean - just soak and food rinses right out.

This pan can do so many things, but I admit, my favorite thing to cook in it is breakfast... an egg over easy, bacon, or hasbrowns. It browns so beautifully.
