This pan makes the BEST eggs EVER!

I bought this pan to complement other Staub pieces I have and the first thing I made was some scrambled eggs on an induction burner. I eat eggs almost everyday and can say that my scrambles eggs came out way better using this fry pan vs a stainless steel pan from a leading brand on induction where the eggs come out a strange texture. With the staub, i just put a small bit of olive oil in the pan as it was heating up, then added my egg mixture, used a silicone spatula to lift the eggs as they were cooking and when the got to an almost done / wet stage i flipped them and then turned off the pan. Hands down, best eggs Ive ever had and i didn't do anything different than I normally do using other pans. Also the clean up was very easy. Just let pan cool off. fill pan with sudsy water and soak, then use a non abrasive (blue) stone and the pan came out like new.

Whenever I can find a Staub pot or pan for a good price in my color I grab it. I love this fry pan beautifully made in cast iron. I cook in it all the time. Perfect for grilling a sandwich, making pancakes, bacon etc.

Love the cooking performance of Staub, especially the fry pan. When my daughter asked for one in white enamel, I was happy to oblige. No matter how frequently she uses this pan, clean up is remarkable.

This flawlessly white fry pan will go with any kitchen decor and is an excellent vessel for browning and searing your food. The pouring spouts make it handy to pour off any extra cooking liquid while the cast iron distributes and maintains heat perfectly.

White is right

Don't worry about cleaning or staining this beautiful white staub!! The innovative black matte interior will not stain and will season over time. I like the pour spouts and the helper handle. This is my pan for breakfast!! Bacon, eggs, home fries! I can get such crispy home fries in this pan without a lot of oil! I have also made corn bread and biscuits in this pan. Stove to oven to table. Great pan.
