I love to use this bright cherry red frypan for chicken breasts, dredge in seasoned flour, skin side down with some butter in the pan. Fry until it sizzles, then move to the oven for 20 minutes. Turn the breasts over and let them rest on the rib bones, bake another 30 minutes. The drippings then make an amazing pan gravy. Whenever the kids see this pan they always ask for the baked chicken in a pan!

This cast iron skillet is so versatile. Double handle for more control when transferring your delicious food to your beautiful staub cast iron plate and keep it warm in the oven. A spout is so useful to keep those juice in the right place and dishwasher safe, handwashing is highly recommended. It will quickly become your go-to cooking vessel, perfect for sauteing, and frying. This fun, cherry fry pan will add a zesty pop of color to your kitchen. I like to use my 12" fry pan to bake homemade pizzas but it's a great size to brown, sear or fry up whatever you are cooking. The nonstick coating makes for easy food release and clean up.

I like the larger size of the 12" for baking as well as savory dishes. Corn bread, cakes, dutch babys, all turn out beautifully in the staub fry pan. It is perfect for a family of 4 chili, pasta dishes, grilled chese, hamburger, patty melts. The list goes on and on.

4 to 5 cuts of beef, pork or fish no problem. Heats as evenly as anything I've used for predictability. Classic Staub Cherry-red and black enameled interior cleans and stays looking new. pouring spouts are quite helpful.

This Staub 12" skillet really gets a work out in my house. Use it almost daily, from breakfast to dinner! Start the day with pancakes, and sausage which brown up perfectly in this pan. Steak, hamburgers, fish for dinner and once again a great pan for a beautiful sear. Can be used in the oven, on the stove top and even on my outdoor grill. Nice spouts on the sides to spill off grease and liquid when ready to serve. Cleans really easy, and looks brand new, despite how many times we've used it!
